ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
Properties
ABS is low cost and widely used plastic. It offers good processability, good impact, and higher strength than polystyrene. ABS also has good dimensional stability, creep resistance, good surface finishes. HDT of general ABS is around 94°C and up to 120°C for high heat ABS
Applications
Housing of automotive, electronics, home appliances, consumer products due to its good impact and color ability such as terminal cover, electric fan, air conditioning housing, automotive front grilles, side mirror housing, luggage, keyboard button, toys, IT devices
